The first few trips this led to good results. If it hadn’t, I’d bet on quinellas paying from $150 to $300. I used to look across the top of the screen to see if a 100+ odds quinella hadn’t hit in the 30 or so results shown. Having been playing it since January of 2019, it has changed a lot.
The first time ever I played it was at NYNY, but that one is gone. Don’t recall it at Luxor or Mandalay either. The one by the escalators at Excalibur was gone.
