They also have senior casino specials on certain nights and bingo. Would go back to visit and may would check out the several casino hotels and the chain hotels close by. Got the feeling the pit bosses were slightly irritated that we were winning as it appeared they were talking and pointing in our direction.
Dealers were personable at the 3 card poker table which was $5 tables. Drinks were complimentary and they came around regularly. Luckily the smokers didn't stay at tables too long. Smoke is irritating at tables since dealer does not have a personal fan to blow it away. Someone mentioned no one was at them though. Also were told there is non-smoking table games, but did not find them. The casino was clean and did notice a non- smoking slots area but did not go into it. Lots of parking areas, more places to stay, casino didn't seem as smoky (maybe more people have quit smoking), more slots available (but during the week) and WON! Drove over because they had a Texas Hold 'Em tournament during the week where the casinos in Lake Charles did not when we were there. We were pleasantly surprised that it seemed better than we remembered.
We had not been here in ten years and decided to drive over from Lake Charles while visiting there.
